Is A Bloomtools Franchise For You?

We have strict criteria when it comes to choosing our franchisees - do you fit the bill?

Our ideal franchisee

We are really proud of the Bloomtools brand and the tools we have developed, so it's important to us that our franchisees share our values and passion. To be part of our elite team, you need to have experience in sales, marketing and using the internet, as well as a love for working with businesses and dedication to getting results for your clients. While we can train and support you with the technical side of the business, these basic skills and characteristics are required.

Sales and/or marketing background

In the Bloomtools franchise model, we build the online solutions for you, so the biggest part of your business is lead generation and sales. Therefore you will need to have some experience in sales and marketing to enable you to get out into the marketplace and build your business. We will help you out with sales aids and marketing materials, but knowledge and confidence in this area is essential.

Passion for the internet and business

Our company grew from a desire to give small businesses access to the online technology usually reserved for big businesses, and it's important that you share this passion for the internet and helping businesses achieve success. As well as building your own financially successful business, your goal should be to help as many businesses as you can and you should be motivated by the success of your clients.

Web and technology knowledge

You don't need to know how to build a website to be a Bloomtools franchisee - our expert team does that for you. However, you do need to understand the internet, how websites work, and be up-to-date with trends and technology. We provide extensive initial and ongoing training on the medium and our products, but without that basic knowledge, you will find it difficult to deliver your clients the level of service and expertise we require.

The right personality

As well as knowledge and experience, it's essential that a Bloomtools franchisee is self-motivated, focused and organised. Owning your own business is tough so a positive attitude and motivation are also necessary, as is dedication to your clients and the Bloomtools vision. Also, we want our franchisees to make the most of their experienced franchisor, so you must be open to learning from us.
